Terms of Service (English)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Safe QR Scan mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Safe QR Scan is a QR code scanner application that provides:

• QR code and barcode scanning functionality
• URL security verification (Premium feature)
• Scan history management
• Various data type processing (URLs, contacts, WiFi, etc.)

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 Premium Subscription

• Safe QR Scan offers premium features through Safe QR Scan Pro subscription
• Subscription fees are charged through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the current period ends
• You can manage subscriptions in your device's app store settings

3.2 Free Trial

• 7-day free trial available for new subscribers
• You will be charged after the trial period unless you cancel

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent security features or subscription requirements
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App to scan or distribute malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Sugaryple
• The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

• Google WebRisk API for URL security verification
• Firebase for analytics and app functionality
• RevenueCat for subscription management

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Disclaimers

• The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in security scanning
• We are not responsible for actions taken based on scan results

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sugaryple shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sugaryple from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through:

• In-app notifications
• Update to the "Last updated" date
• Email notification (for registered users)

12. Governing Law

• 구독료는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play Store를 통해 청구됩니다
• 구독은 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전에 취소하지 않으면 자동 갱신됩니다
• 기기의 앱 스토어 설정에서 구독을 관리할 수 있습니다

3.2 무료 체험

• 신규 구독자에게 7일 무료 체험 제공
• 취소하지 않으면 체험 기간 후 요금이 청구됩니다

4. 사용자 행동 규범

다음 행위를 하지 않을 것에 동의합니다:

• 불법적이거나 승인되지 않은 목적으로 앱 사용
• 보안 기능이나 구독 요구사항 우회 시도
• 앱의 역공학 또는 디컴파일
• 악성 콘텐츠 스캔 또는 배포에 앱 사용
• 관련 법률이나 규정 위반

5. 지적 재산권

• 앱의 모든 콘텐츠, 기능 및 기능성은 Sugaryple 소유입니다
• 앱은 저작권, 상표권 및 기타 지적 재산권법으로 보호됩니다
• 허가 없이 앱을 복사, 수정 또는 배포할 수 없습니다

6. 개인정보 보호

앱 사용은 본 약관에 참조로 포함된 개인정보처리방침의 적용을 받습니다. 당사의 데이터 관행을 이해하려면 개인정보처리방침을 검토하십시오.

7. 제3자 서비스

앱은 다음을 포함한 제3자 서비스를 사용합니다:

8. 면책조항 및 책임 제한

법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, Sugaryple은 앱 사용으로 인한 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

9. 면책

귀하는 앱 사용 또는 본 약관 위반으로 인해 발생하는 모든 청구, 손해 또는 비용으로부터 Sugaryple을 면책하고 보호하는 데 동의합니다.

10. 해지

당사는 본 약관 위반을 포함한 어떤 이유로든 사전 통지 없이 언제든지 앱에 대한 귀하의 접근을 종료하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.

11. 약관 변경

Safe QR Scanモバイルアプリケーション(「本アプリ」)をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、お客様は本利用規約(「本規約」)に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意されない場合は、本アプリを使用しないでください。

2. サービスの説明

Safe QR Scanは以下の機能を提供するQRコードスキャナーアプリケーションです:

• QRコードおよびバーコードスキャン機能
• URLセキュリティ検証(プレミアム機能)
• スキャン履歴管理
• 各種データタイプの処理(URL、連絡先、WiFiなど)

3. ユーザーアカウントおよびサブスクリプション

3.1 プレミアムサブスクリプション

• Safe QR ScanはSafe QR Scan Proサブスクリプションを通じてプレミアム機能を提供します
• サブスクリプション料金はApple App StoreまたはGoogle Play Storeを通じて請求されます
• サブスクリプションは現在の期間終了の24時間前にキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます
• デバイスのアプリストア設定でサブスクリプションを管理できます

3.2 無料トライアル

• 新規ユーザーには7日間の無料トライアルを提供しています
• キャンセルしない限り、トライアル期間後に課金されます

4. ユーザー行動規範

お客様は以下の行為を行わないことに同意します:

• 違法または許可されていない目的で本アプリを使用すること
• セキュリティ機能やサブスクリプション要件を回避しようとすること
• 本アプリをリバースエンジニアリングまたは逆コンパイルすること
• 悪意のあるコンテンツのスキャンまたは配布に本アプリを使用すること
• 適用される法律または規制に違反すること

5. 知的財産権

• 本アプリのすべてのコンテンツ、機能、および機能性はSugarypleが所有しています
• 本アプリは著作権、商標権、その他の知的財産権法によって保護されています
• 許可なく本アプリをコピー、修正、または配布することはできません

6. プライバシー

本アプリの使用は、本規約に参照として組み込まれているプライバシーポリシーの対象となります。当社のデータ慣行を理解するために、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

7. 第三者サービス

本アプリは以下を含む第三者サービスを使用しています:

法律で許可される最大限の範囲において、Sugarypleは本アプリの使用から生じる間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害について責任を負わないものとします。

9. 補償

お客様は、本アプリの使用または本規約の違反から生じるあらゆる請求、損害、または費用からSugarypleを補償し、免責することに同意します。

10. 解約

当社は、本規約の違反を含むいかなる理由でも、事前の通知なしにいつでも本アプリへのアクセスを終了または停止することができます。

11. 規約の変更

当社はいつでも本規約を変更する権利を留保します。重要な変更は以下の方法で通知されます:

• アプリ内通知
• 「最終更新日」の更新
• メール通知(登録ユーザー向け)

12. 準拠法

本規約は、法の抵触に関する原則にかかわらず、日本国の法律に準拠します。
